We are fortunate to have several team members who have worked at major law firms as litigation support managers/analysts. For some of our clients, we have provided on-site project management services to help them supplement their existing litigation support staff. Many of our clients view us as an extension of their litigation support department.
Our litigation support team members are very familiar with the inner workings of a law firm and can therefore offer assistance in best practices for document reviews, database manipulation, and electronic discovery matters.
Some of our clients have requested software training in both Concordance and Summation. We have provided both one-on-one and classroom training.
